Accessibility statement
Service Log Book wants this website to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA and towards meeting our obligations under the UK Equality Act 2010.
What we do
- Write semantic HTML with proper labels so assistive technology can read the page.
- Make the site work by keyboard, with a focus outline you can see.
- Keep colour contrast strong and text readable and resizable.
- Add text alternatives for any image that carries meaning.
Known limitations
There is still work to do. A few older pages, or content from third parties, may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. If something trips you up, let us know and we'll put it near the top of the list.
Getting help or reporting a problem
If any part of this site is hard to use, or you need something in a different format, email us at hello@servicelogbook.co.uk. We aim to reply within five working days.
Enforcement
If you raise a complaint and aren't happy with how we respond, you can get in touch with the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), which advises on your rights under the Equality Act 2010.
